Several improvements have been made over the past 2 years to help ensure student safety:
Students now enter and exit through the Main Entrance to minimize the number of open gates.
A front door doorbell camera helps to identify visitors before they are granted access to the building.
Key punch access to high traffic doors allows students to move freely between buildings without propping the doors.
Cameras installed throughout the campus monitor the facility both during and after school hours.
The fence height has been increased, making it more difficult to climb; in addition, screening on the fence provides privacy for students.
WOM is better equipped to protect students and staff due to enhanced collaboration with the Sheriff's department and their School Resource Officers.
